Island Pediatrics

Island Pediatrics is the trusted choice for pediatric services in the Virgin Islands. Our practice is staffed by a team of Board-Certified Pediatricians and Pediatric Physician Associates (PA’s) who are committed to providing medical attention to children from newborns to age 18 in the evenings, some weekdays and on weekends. We’re a phone call away and telehealth appointments are also available. Our team consistently delivers convenient, efficient, quality care to residents & visitors of the territory by evaluating your child and creating an individualized treatment plan during your visit. Well-child visits, vaccinations and management of pediatric mental health conditions are also available.

Life is busy and we want to make it easier to accommodate your schedule by offering evening and weekend scheduling. 

We’re open:

Monday – Friday evenings from 5:30pm to 8:00 pm

Thursdays 8:00am to 8:00pm

Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm

Dr. Lindsy Wagner

PsyD, Psychologist & Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Dr. Lindsy Wagner is a licensed clinical Psychologist and Pediatric Neuropsychologist. She is the owner and CEO of Island Therapy Solutions. Dr. Wagner is also the founder and Board President of Coral Reef Academy, a school for children with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. Most recently, Dr. Wagner was appointed by the Governor to the serve on the Virgin Islands Board of Psychology.

Her clinical specialties include conducting diagnostic evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, forensic neuropsychological evaluations and providing consultation and training for children and families with a variety of presenting concerns including learning disabilities, neurological disorders and emotional and behavioral concerns. Dr. Wagner also specializes in diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. She conducts social skills groups with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as individual and family therapy.

Dr. Wagner has taught at the University of the Virgin Islands, and prior to moving to St. Croix, she was the Director of Training at The Watson Institute in Pennsylvania. She completed her doctorate at The American School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. Dr. Wagner previously completed two years of training at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in the Pediatric Neuropsychology Unit.

Jeffrey P. Donnelly

MMSc, PA-C, CAQ-PED

Mr. Donnelly is a Pediatric Physician Associate with experience in pediatrics and emergency medicine. He graduated in 2005 from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program and has also earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in Pediatrics, which is the specialty exam for PA’s in pediatrics. Mr. Donnelly uses Evidence Based Medicine to stay up to date with the latest advances and practices in pediatric medicine. Jeff is also Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine, where he continues to learn about dive medicine, marine and expedition medicine. He is an avid sailor and diver. On his days off, he loves spending his time on the water with his family.

Jackie Good

MSN, PNP-B

Jackie Good, MSN, PNP-BC, hailing from Rhode Island. Her journey began with an undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science from the University of New Hampshire. Three impactful years in the Peace Corps in Honduras and Central America, shaped her commitment to maternal and child health. This experience led her to nursing Johns Hopkins University.

Jackie’s 20-year journey took her to SD, AZ, AK, and NM, working with Native American and Alaskan Native communities in various healthcare settings. Notably, she spearheaded the creation of a School-Based Health Center at Pueblo of San Felipe in NM, fueling her passion for pediatric care.

Transitioning from the desert to the island life in St Croix in March 2021, Jackie brings 9 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Her dedication to preventive and urgent care services for children shines through. Away from the clinic, you’ll find her beachcombing, snorkeling, hiking, and indulging her love for travel and diverse cuisines.
