How It Works
Island Pediatrics is a new pediatric office on St. Croix. Since our business is growing, we can only offer limited hours during the week (except for Thursdays we’re available from 8am – 8pm) but we hope to continue growing to better accommodate you. Be sure to always check our weekday availability as it will continue to expand. We offer convenient evening and Saturday appointments.
We strive to make treating your child as easy as possible. You can book your appointments online (this option is not available for same day appointments) or by calling our office at 340-202-1997.
Telehealth visits are an option for families on St. Croix. Based on the outcome of the telehealth visit, our staff will provide the next steps for best course of treatment.
Many illness and questions can be handled via telehealth, and our staff can also send electronic prescriptions to the local pharmacies on all islands. Documents, such as school notes, can be emailed to you. If the level of care required is above what can be provided via telehealth, Island Pediatrics will refer you to an appropriate facility in their area.
After hours care, weekend appointments and holiday services are available for patients who are under the care of our pediatric providers. You must be a patient in our practice to receive these benefits. We are accepting new patients, contact us today to learn more.
Island Pediatrics can see patients at our Gallows Bay office located on St. Croix. We can do anything from a well-child visit to treating a minor injury caused from your child playing around after dinner. Whether it’s urgent or just a general visit, we’ve got you covered.
How to Contact Us and Schedule Appointments:
- For an in-person appointment request, you can click on Schedule an Appointment, located on our Contact Us page or click on the Book an Appointment button at the top center of our webpage. Once your appointment is approved, you'll be sent registration information to complete before your first visit.
- If more urgent care is required, you can click on, Page My Doctor, (located at the upper right hand corner of the page) you'll be asked to provide basic callback information.
- The Page My Doctor link only works during our business hours.
- A member from our staff will contact you via phone or text to determine the next course of action for treatment. All initial phone calls and texts are free of charge.
- Payments and/or copays can be paid via paypal or Venmo.
- Registration: Our registration process is completely online. Please fill out the ENTIRE registration form and upload a copy of your insurance card (front and back). Any missing information may cause a delay in billing your claim.
